You can earn One Harmony points by staying at our hotels or dining at our restaurants and bars.
Hotel Stays & Dining
A table set for two with a large breakfast spread next to a window. The meal includes plates of fresh fruit, a plate with an oyster and a pastry, croissants and bread, milk and red juice, side salads, and two cups of coffee.
Earn points starting from every ￥100 spent at participating hotels, restaurants, and bars.

Use to Extend

Each time you earn or redeem points, the expiration date for all your accumulated points will be extended to two years from the date of the last activity. As long as you continue to use the program, your points will not expire.
No Activity = Expiration
If there’s no earning or redeeming for 24 months, your points will expire.

Example
You earn points on July 1, 2026－they’re valid through July 1, 2028.
Then you redeem points on October 1,2026, and now all your points are safe until October 1, 2028.
